Often, when I create the setup I look at it and imagine a scenario and a 'tongue in cheek' title to go with it. Thus, in this one all the onions are those little flat cippolini ones except that white one in front which feels like he should get the heck out of there before they all figure out that he doesn't belong to the tribe. This and painting keeps me out of trouble;)

That's funny Mary! I can see it!!
Hahaha...nice to see you back at the paints.
Well actually, methinks that cute white onion best get the heck out of there before I grab it up and peel it for dinner ... looks tantalizingly delicious!
I like movies that make me cry!
The great escape looks delicous, and has drama too!
Love this one! Rich, rich color and a bit of whimsy, too! Call you today. xoxox
Staying out of trouble is good - can you imagine the trouble we would all be in if we weren't painting??? :) This is delightful! (Wish you could've come with Kelley... Lucky you guys to have a good painting buddy in each other!)
You see, to me it looks like cippolini has just blilnked to indicate he wants in the cup so all the others are scrambling to get out.
It's all in the eye of the beholder.
Beautiful, rich work. And I love your story too... :)
A cute little painting. Don't forget to empty the cup before your morning coffee.
Love your colors ... this positively glows!!
Wonderfully rich colors and witty title!
