Tiverton Shack 6x8
Lately, I have been less successful in getting paintings that are ready to post. I did find this little start from an outing in Tiverton, with the girls last late summer. I was surprised that I found it 'not bad' and think it doesn't need much to be moved over to the finished pile. So up it goes for my faithful visitors whom I don't like to disappoint.

lovely bright and nice light, maybe a few darks in the left bottom and you can feel good!
Hey...can a painting "feel" like summer? Because this one does!
Thanks!!! I love to come here and see a new post with your art.
I LOVE the colors you've used. I can almost smell them. To me it's a winner.

That is just the most charming thing i've seen in ages. It made me smell the apple trees in my grandma's back yard. There was a special one where she and I used to read.
Brings me back, too. Glad you posted it. I still have mine - not finished - in the living room! You caught the light, that's for sure!
I love the composition and color in this!
