Beacon Hill Art Walk Wrap

It did rain briefly around 3 o'clock but over all the weather held to cool and misty gray. I enjoyed it anyway. I had 4 other intrepid folks at my site who pinch hit for me so I could take a bathroom break and visit Kelley, Joan, Nancy and Tatiana at their site. I saw many more folks than I thought I would and I thank them all for stopping by. A big thanks to the neighbors for inviting us and in particular to the lady at ground level whose cat, attracted J, K and I to do silly kitty talk into her kitchen window :D

thanks Les.
I'm going to repost this later because one of the photos is behind the other.

Great pics, Mary ... it sounds like you all had fun!

I recognized your “Three’s a Crowd” (red peppers) painting sitting on the table from your April 13 post ... I really like that one - the colors are so lively!

I’ve been visiting your blog regularly ... I love your paintings ... keep up the good work!

It looks so picturesque! And I was THERE! I doubt our 'alley' looked so sweet. Good work, Mar. :)

hey mary,
Sorry i missed you, I always wanted to check out that art walk. Good to see you're bussy and having some fun, thats what it's all about. I like your Hopper-esque piece below too, I just went to the show at the MFA, very inspirational. Just saying hello and seeing what you're up to. be good,
Todd

Leslie, it was fun despite the bad weather and single sale.
Karen, love that you remembered that painting. It's fun to know that they make an impression.
rdl, wish you were there too ;(
Janette, thank you and if anyone hasn't seen her work at Art in the Pines, check it out. She's proficient in Oils and W/C's.
KCM, your alley rocked ;) Gay Pareee awaits you!
Todd, thanks for keeping in touch. I've missed my blogger buds since I've been busy planning an 80th B'day party for my mama. It was a resounding success this past Saturday with plenty of family in attendance. Later on, I'm going to post some pictures of the cutest little boys (my nephews) on Not Really A Cleaning Lady.
Thanks all for visiting. It makes
my day :D

Hi Mary, Thank you for visiting my blog; it's great to see what arty things are happening over the other side of the world. The art walk looks fabulous - I wish we had things like that here. I'll pop back in to see what you are up to next.
