Buoys Club

These buoys are hanging on my friend Sue's shed right next to the beach. This is the quintessential 'at the shore' scene. My pal Kelley MacDonald did a fabulous painting of this very shed which appears in the current issue of South West Art on the sixth page in which is an ad for Contemporary Fine Art International. Half of the fun is thinking up titles for each post!

Well, Sue's shed is sure getting a lot of publicity! I love this - it's zoomed in...and fantastic!

You've done it again, this one is super. I can feel the heat in the sun and the cool shadows. Oh, don't we wish it was summer?

Love the ink and water color wash. So loose, and effortless!

This is great! I'm thinking of a house next to the Newport Art Museum which has a wall of buoys hung on it! You took the "seen that" thought right out of my head with your thoughtful piece!
