Black Eyed Susans

I have a new setup and some new lighting angles for my still lifes. Also, I use tissue paper for many of my backgrounds. I also have a new camera and am having a hard time getting good photos. It's time to read the book :( The color in this painting is much better than this photo shows.

I'm having the same problem photographing my art. Especially if it a larger one.
Oh and I love this painting.

Nice! And I like their shadows, too.

Great angular shadows.

These colors are gorgeous. Love the lavenders and golds together. Also, the shapes of the flowers are so interesting. Great one.

The shadows really add a dynamic pattern to the composition. I like how there is a hint of purple in the white background and shadows.

You get a nice sense of the light in this painting.
Also really like the mugs on Fresh Paint - great color.
